Melissa Layher, PT, DPT, CFMT, CMTPT/DN

Melissa Layher, PT, DPT, CFMT, CMTPT/DN has nearly 2 decades of clinical experience in physical therapy. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2005 from the University of Michigan-Flint. In 2014, she received her certification in Functional Manual Therapy through the Institute of Physical Art. She specializes in pelvic health, treating men and women with pelvic floor dysfunctions: bowel and bladder dysfunction, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, perinatal, and postpartum care. She received training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute starting in 2015. She received her certification in dry needling from Myopain Seminars in 2021.
